Enter your water sources first, then the outlets they supply. Give each source an asset ID, such as MCWS1, CWST1 or CAL2. Sources can feed other blocks. Supply choices show the source ID, block and room. Those IDs will then appear in the supply dropdowns for assets across all buildings and blocks.
- MCWS assets — incoming mains supplies.
- CWST assets — cold water storage tanks, if present.
- Hot water system assets — calorifiers, combis, electric water heaters and other equipment.
- Outlets, TMVs and TMTs — basins, sinks, showers, toilets, mixing valves, dead legs and dead ends.
You can skip a stage that does not apply or return to any stage to add another source. Asset IDs are optional in stage 4 except for shared TMVs / TMTs and their connected outlets. Add a shared TMV before selecting it for the outlets it supplies; give each of those outlets an asset ID. You can save an incomplete draft and finish its connections later. Complete all connections before calculating sheets and proceeding to payment.

Start with the incoming mains and equipment, then enter outlets. Give every asset a unique ID within its building. In supply columns, enter the source asset ID exactly. Keep the column headings. Use Yes or No for the return and sentinel columns.
Hot Water Return applies to keys 1 CAL, 2 HWSV and 9 HWSV. Mark Hot Water Return Point as Yes on the hot outlet where its return begins. Enable the calorifier return first. Leave unused supply cells blank.
Asset types: Mains, 1 CAL, 2 HWSV, 3 COMBI, 4 EWH, 5 IWH, 6 HB/ZIP, 7 ICWH, 8 DCWH, 9 HWSV, 10 PHE, 11 CWST; WHB, WC, SK, B, UR, ES, MS, FH, VM, WCM, PT, BS, EW, EM, DW, WM, SLU, DM, BT, SO, DF, QF, TMV, TMT, DL or DE. Use quantity 1 for each equipment item, dead leg or dead end. Comments requiring interpretation will need to be resolved before sheets can be generated.
Export register CSV downloads your current rows so you can edit and re-upload them. Import asks before replacing a populated register.
